Key Five: After NLP training, practice one skill each day: By breaking down the material into chunks and focusing on one skill, you'll make mastery much easier.

Key Six: Replay the training in your mind at the end of each day: By taking 10-15 minutes to replay the day's training in your mind, you will greatly increase your retention and understanding of the material on an unconscious level.

Key Seven: Teach others what you've learned. There's no better way to learn something than to teach it to others. By going through and articulating to others what you've learned you'll further deepen your understanding of the material.
